Separate bedroom with luxury queen sized bed and in the lounge two comfortable settees which convert into a double bed suitable for one adult or two small children. The modern L shaped kitchen features a 2 burner electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee facilities.

The dining area leads onto a large patio with private spa pool and uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and Karikari Peninsular. The dining room table can seat 8 people and is often used by corporate guests for small intimate meetings.
